Hybrid Participation for International Participants: ICSSA 2026 will be conducted in a hybrid format. Physical participation will take place at Pulse Grande Hotel, Putrajaya, Malaysia, while online presentation options will be made available for international participants who are unable to attend in person . The same registration fee applies for both physical and online participation.

Special Registration Benefit: For every five (5) paid paper registrations, the author may be entitled to one invited speaker slot and a registration fee waiver for the sixth paper, subject to confirmation by the organiser.

Registration & Payment Instructions

1 Registration

  • All participants must complete their conference registration through EDAS before making payment.
  • Please ensure that the correct paper, participant details and registration category are selected during registration.

2 Payment

  • After completing your registration in EDAS, the registration fee must be paid using the appropriate QR code or through EDAS, based on your registration category.
  • To qualify for the Early Bird rate, full payment must be received on or before 31 July 2026. Payments received after this date will be charged at the Normal Registration rate.

3 Proof of Payment

  • After completing your payment, please email the proof of payment to icssa.utm@gmail.com and clearly state your Full Name and Paper ID.
  • Participants registering under the Student or IEEE Member category must also attach a valid student ID or IEEE membership card for verification.
  • All registration fees are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

In order to participate in the activities of ICSSA 2026, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference through EDAS . Payments of conference registration fees must be made by 20 August 2026. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.

The conference registration fee for Normal and Early Bird registration includes a copy of the conference proceedings in a USB drive or equivalent format, admission to all tutorials and technical sessions, morning and afternoon tea or coffee breaks, and lunches.

Authors whose full payment is received on or before 31 July 2026 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate. Payments received after this date will be charged at the Normal Registration rate.

IEEE members will receive a discount on the ICSSA 2026 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration by updating their EDAS profile.

Upon completing payment, members must email their valid IEEE membership card and proof of payment to the ICSSA 2026 Finance Chair at icssa.utm@gmail.com . The email should clearly state the participant's full name and Paper ID.

Participants are eligible for the student rate if they are full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students.

Students must email a scanned copy of their valid Student Identification Card, proof of payment, and, where applicable, their IEEE Membership Card to icssa.utm@gmail.com .

Participants must bring their Student Identification Card and/or IEEE Membership Card to the conference for verification. Only one paper per person per registration is allowed under this rate. An IEEE Graduate Student Member also qualifies for the student member rate.

Applications from institutions or companies for tax invoices to facilitate payments in Ringgit Malaysia through interbank transfer or local bank draft or cheque must be emailed to the ICSSA 2026 Finance Chair at icssa.utm@gmail.com . Local orders are not acceptable.

  • Type of registration required, such as IEEE Member Normal Registration and the applicable amount.
  • Name of the person, institution, or company to whom the invoice is to be issued.
  • Billing address.
  • Contact person's name, telephone number, and email address.
  • Name of each participant and the respective IEEE membership category and number, where applicable.
  • Paper ID from EDAS or the title of the accepted paper, where applicable.

Please note that the Early Bird Registration rate may not be applicable to payments made using an invoice or Local Order. Upon receiving the required information, the organiser will issue the tax invoice to the designated contact person.

IEEE has a strict no-show policy. Papers that are not presented during the conference may be excluded from further distribution, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore. Therefore, one of the authors or an authorised representative must present the paper at the event.

Papers with a similarity index exceeding 30% may also be excluded from the final proceedings.

All registration fees are non-refundable.
