Final Camera-Ready Manuscripts

Step 1. Revise your paper

Please revise your paper based on the reviewers' evaluation. Final paper must follow the IEEE templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats. Only papers with similarity score below 30% will be accepted.

Step 2. PDF eXpress (IEEE Xplore compatible)

Your final paper must be converted to PDF format using IEEE PDF eXpress (Conference ID: 70263X). For errors in conversion, use the “Manual Conversion” option.

Step 3. Registration and payment

At least one author must register at the full rate for publication. Payment can be made via credit card or wire transfer through EDAS. Paper without a presenting author will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Step 4. Electronic copyright form

Please sign and complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) via the “My Papers” tab in the EDAS system. Failure to complete this step may result in exclusion from the proceedings.

Step 5. Final manuscript submission

Upload the IEEE PDF eXpress-validated PDF file to EDAS under “Final Manuscript”. Ensure all required information has been submitted.

Author No-Shows

ICSSA enforces a “no show” policy. At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference. Papers without presentation will not be published in IEEE Xplore.

Plagiarism Policy

All papers submitted to ICSSA 2026 will be checked for plagiarism. Papers with similarity index greater than 50% will be rejected immediately, 31–49% will undergo special review, and below 30% are considered for normal review.
