Initial Submission for Review

Prospective authors are invited to submit their original unpublished work to ICSSA2026. Papers should be a maximum of six (6) pages including figures, tables, references, and appendices (written in English). The conference paper format and template can be downloaded from: IEEE Template.

The paper should be submitted online through the EDAS system: https://edas.info/N34584.

Reviews will be conducted by at least three independent reviewers. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by email. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for indexing in IEEEXplore.

Author No-Shows

ICSSA enforces a “no show” policy. At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference. Papers without presentation will not be published in IEEE Xplore.

Plagiarism Policy

All papers submitted to ICSSA2026 will be checked for plagiarism. Papers with similarity index greater than 50% will be rejected immediately, 31–49% will undergo special review, and below 30% are considered for normal review.
