Master of Philosophy Field of Research: Policy Studies is a multidisciplinary programme designed for those who want to expand their knowledge and skills as policy professionals, which uphold the essential of evidence in policy development. It is primarily aimed at equipping students with knowledge, tools and research skills related to science, technology and innovation (STI), socio-economic development, public policies, and also policy process. It takes into consideration the interactions amongst STI, government, laws, society and cultures, and how they influence policy in pursuit. The programme provides students with a range of opportunities to develop their academic and practical understanding of policy through a broad set of lectures, seminars, and training.
